How do I know which ski length is right for me?
Ski length depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Consult our online sizing guide or contact our gear experts for a personalized recommendation.
Do you offer professional ski mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional binding mounting. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, mounting is included. You will need to provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout.
What is your return policy on technical gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skis that have been mounted or waxed are considered customized and are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping for skis and poles typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We use specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, White Mountain Ski Co ships to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry and will gladly assist you with any warranty claims.
