At White Mountain Ski Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis and custom-fitted boots are considered final sale to ensure the safety and performance standards of our equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
